Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoMount website (gomount.top) and the GoMount macOS application (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Use of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

Accounts

No account registration is required to download or use the Free version of GoMount. Pro subscriptions are managed through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. If you purchase a Pro subscription, Paddle will create a customer record on your behalf for billing and license management purposes.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all GoMount purchases. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf. All payment-related inquiries, including billing questions, tax receipts, and payment issues, should be directed to Paddle or to support@gomount.top.

Subscriptions

GoMount Pro is available as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to Pro features until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, designs, and other materials provided through the Service are owned by GoMount or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoMount shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. GoMount's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $50.00, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GoMount's principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
