End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the GoMount application. By downloading, installing, or using GoMount (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

GoMount grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software on macOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Free Version

The free version of the Software is provided at no cost and includes basic features as described on our website. The free version may display upgrade prompts and is limited to one NAS device.

3. Pro Subscription

3.1 Purchase

A Pro subscription unlocks additional features as described on gomount.top. Pro subscriptions are sold as recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly) through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

3.2 Activation

Upon completing your subscription purchase through Paddle, you will receive a license activation code via email. Entering this code in the Software unlocks Pro features. Each subscription is intended for use by a single user across their personal devices.

3.3 Device Limits

Your Pro subscription can be activated on multiple devices that you own or control. You may deactivate the Software on one device and activate it on another. You may not share, resell, or distribute your subscription or activation code to others.

3.4 Auto-Renewal & Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged the subscription fee to your original payment method on the renewal date. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and payment processing as our Merchant of Record.

3.5 Updates

Your active Pro subscription includes all updates and new features released during the subscription period, regardless of version number.

3.6 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support@gomount.top with your order ID. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use the Software for any illegal purpose
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
Circumvent any license verification or activation mechanism
Use the Software to develop a competing product

5. Ownership

GoMount retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos.

6. Open Source Components

The Software may include third-party open-source software components. Such components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses, which are available upon request.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GoMount does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GoMount SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE SOFTWARE. GoMount's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software (if any) or USD $50.00, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoMount and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of this EULA.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies. GoMount may terminate this EULA if you violate any term. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GoMount's principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Software or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3.2 激活

通过 Paddle 完成订阅购买后，您将通过电子邮件收到许可激活码。在本软件中输入此代码即可解锁 Pro 功能。每个订阅仅供单个用户在其个人设备上使用。

3.3 设备限制

您的 Pro 订阅可以在您拥有或控制的多台设备上激活。您可以在一台设备上停用本软件，然后在另一台设备上激活。您不得与他人分享、转售或分发您的订阅或激活码。

3.4 自动续订与计费

订阅在每个计费周期结束时自动续订，除非您取消。续订日期将从您的原始支付方式中扣除订阅费用。Paddle 作为我们的交易记录商家，负责处理所有账单、税收征收和支付流程。

3.5 更新

您的有效 Pro 订阅包含订阅期间发布的所有更新和新功能，无论版本号如何。

3.6 退款政策

我们为新的 Pro 订阅提供 7 天无理由退款保证。如需申请退款，请联系 support@gomount.top 并提供您的订单 ID。退款由 Paddle 退回至原支付方式。订阅续订不提供退款。

4. 限制

您不得：

修改、逆向工程、反编译或反汇编本软件
移除或更改任何专有声明或标签
将本软件用于任何非法目的
分发、再许可、出租、租赁或出借本软件
绕过任何许可验证或激活机制
使用本软件开发竞争产品

5. 所有权

GoMount 保留本软件的所有权利、所有权和利益，包括所有知识产权。本 EULA 不授予您任何商标、服务标志或标识的权利。

6. 开源组件

本软件可能包含第三方开源软件组件。此类组件根据其各自的开源许可进行许可，可根据要求提供。

7. 免责声明

本软件按"原样"提供，不提供任何形式的担保，无论是明示还是暗示，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权的暗示担保。GoMount 不保证本软件将满足您的要求、不间断运行或无错误。

8. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，GoMount 不对因本 EULA 或本软件引起的或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。GoMount 的总责任不超过您为本软件支付的金额（如有）或 50.00 美元，以较高者为准。

9. 赔偿

您同意赔偿并使 GoMount 及其关联公司免受因您使用本软件或违反本 EULA 而引起的任何索赔、损害、责任、费用或开支。

10. 终止

本 EULA 在终止前一直有效。您可以随时通过卸载本软件并销毁所有副本来终止本协议。如果您违反任何条款，GoMount 可以终止本 EULA。终止后，此处授予的所有许可立即终止。

11. 适用法律

本 EULA 应受 GoMount 主要营业地所在司法管辖区的法律管辖并依其解释，不考虑法律冲突原则。

12. 协议变更

我们可能会不时更新本 EULA。重大变更将通过本软件或我们的网站通知。变更后继续使用即表示接受。
